The One Thing That Escapes The Seriously Mentally Ill

The one thing a seriously mentally ill person needs is the one thing that all too often escapes them.

And, that is a romantic relationship.

It took me 20 years to get it right, with one false start and lots of first and second dates.

Like many people today, I ultimately found my partner on the Internet.

And, I had much to do to ready myself for this last round of dating.

I engaged in a great deal of personal development, carving out what I myself believe, and in general, having figured myself out.

It was a long and arduous process, but you know what?

In addition to my medication, my wife is one of the forces that truly stabilizes me.

And for that, I am grateful!
