It’s not an easy task.
Of course, I wind down, but that doesn’t guarantee me a full night of rest.
I know a lot of people have sleep problems, so I understand I am not alone, but it can be quite difficult to get some Zzz’s.
I do try and nap once I begin yawning during the day, or else I will fall asleep on the sofa.
I don’t know what else I can do, but maybe nap less?
There was a time my doctor suggested I not nap at all, but that time has come and gone. I require naps, and I don’t know how to get around them.
