Getting Enough Sleep Is Fast Becoming A Primary Goal

I’ve discovered that I need 8-9 hours of sleep.

Without it, I have a very tough time.

It is so helpful to me when I am well rested.

One thing I’ve noticed though, it doesn’t matter how much rest I get, I will still need to take naps most days.

How much sleep do you usually get, and how often do you nap in a given day?

  1. As for sleep, I find that I need 8 to 10 hours of sleep to feel well-rested and destressed during these times of uncertainty. I generally do not nap in the afternoon but I do have a quiet time to myself in the middle of the afternoon. Somewhat like meditation.
