Mental Health Awareness Month

Here we are approaching June, but I couldn’t leave May without posting something about mental health awareness month.

As many of you know, May is indeed mental health awareness month, and I am writing to you as someone living with chronic mental illness.

Thus, it is so important to increase one’s awareness about the quality of their overall mental health.

Being aware of mine has not only helped me over time, but getting on meds (when meds are needed) has made a tremendous difference in my life!

Today, life is still difficult. I am inundated with daily symptoms (not everyone is), and I try. I try very much so actually…

I am into personal development, and practice some semblance of it every day!

I wish you all the best as you figure out your own mental health needs and requirements.

Have a wonderful day/night!
