Four Ideas That I Find Helpful, Part Three

A pep talk!!!

Everyone loves a pep talk!

Be weird!

The world loves a weirdo!

Be gentle with yourself…

Go easy on you…

Know when to challenge yourself and when to let go!

You can manage your mental health, but it takes getting used to, and there will be tough times!

I look at it like this…

You are who you are because of the decisions you make!

No matter who or where you are, you can begin to make better decisions!

This applies to me as well…

I am constantly working to make good decisions.

Also, I make a lot of mistakes, but that is because I “try.”

I “try” to figure things out and I am not overly afraid of getting messy!

Some things work, some don’t, and I get a lot further by taking chances…

You will too!

I’m sending you good vibes and I am on your side!

Good luck!
